Professional Experience

Ethan has more than 10 years of restructuring and insolvency experience from boutique firms to international restructuring firms. He specializes in working with targets and underperforming companies to develop and execute financial and operational strategies with distressed or underperforming companies for both value preservation and creation.

Ethan has extensive experience in projects ranging from local SMEs to international situations, often taking on interim roles within the Company itself. Project sizes ranged from US$50mm to US$1bn, sectors including precision manufacturing (turnaround), semiconductor (Chapter 11), state-owned cement manufacturer (PKPU) and waste management (turnaround and capital restructuring). He is effectively bilingual in both Mandarin and English.
