A Fellow Member of ACCA, she began her career at Arthur Andersen Singapore (1996–2002), later transitioning to Ernst & Young (2002) as Audit Manager, where she led assurance engagements for multinationals, listed companies, and SMEs across sectors like manufacturing, electronics, retail, and property development.
Siew Inn specializes in IPO reporting, financial due diligence, and business advisory, with hands-on experience in internal controls and process optimization from her 5-year tenure as Finance Head for listed multinational groups. Her dual perspective—from both professional practice and corporate leadership—enables her to deliver strategic solutions aligned with operational realities.
