Professional Experience
Titus Kuan is the Head of Audit & Assurance and Quality Management Partner at PKF-CAP with 20+ years of Big Four and technical accounting leadership. He began his career at KPMG Singapore (2003-2015), including a 2-year secondment to London, managing assurance engagements while leading learning & development (L&D) initiatives. As Technical & L&D Director at ISCA (2015-2017), he spearheaded advisory work on Auditing Standards, FRS, Corporate Reporting and Ethics, while overseeing the CPE program for Singapore accountants.
Titus later served as Assurance Director at Nexia TS (2017-2021), signing off audits across industries while leading technical training. A recognized educator, he currently teaches in the Singapore CA Qualification program, ISCA CPE courses, and serves as Adjunct Lecturer at Singapore University of Social Sciences. His dual expertise in technical standards and hands-on audit leadership makes him a unique authority in Singapore's accounting landscape.
