Professional Experience

Kelly has more than 20 years of financial and operational risk management and business valuation/acquisition experience with Fortune 500 companies spanning the countries in the Asia Pacific region. 

In 2003, she set up the regional internal audit office in China for an NYSE-listed company and was involved in establishing the global audit work program and documentation standards for the Group.  She was also the Global Team Leader in integrating Sarbox with the global work program. 

In 2008, as the Asia Pacific Internal Audit Director of a French-listed company, she managed an audit universe of more than 60 entities and was instrumental in forging a corporate governance culture for the region.

During her stint in China, she also managed joint-venture relations and has successfully acquired companies.  In 2014, she was the Managing Director for a French business division where she set up two factories, doubled the annual turnover and made the company profitable for the first time after years of losses.

She brings with her a wealth of experience and industry knowledge in the heavy industrial, manufacturing, automotive, transportation equipment, construction & renovations, green energy, research & development, aerospace, shipping and agricultural sectors.
