Khor Siok Ai is a Corporate Secretarial Director at the corporate secretarial division of PKF Singapore. She has more than 20 years in Professional Secretarial practice and is involved in setting up different types of entities in Singapore and offshore companies; advisory assignments on various regulatory compliance requirements in Singapore and other offshore jurisdictions; conversion of entities; coordinating/arranging / minutes for shareholders and board meeting. 

She has extensive experience in providing corporate secretarial services to multinational and local companies in various industries.

She is the Associate Member of The Singapore Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (SAICSA).
