Professional Experience

Deng Hui is an Audit Director with PKF and has more than 17 years of experience in auditing. He specializes in real estate investments and serves clients in the financial services industry. His professional experience covers audit and assurance services to Singapore listed companies, fund management companies, family offices, funds, real estate investment trusts (REITs), fintech companies and emerging businesses in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia across a wide array of industries.

He is a subject matter expert in Financial Reporting Standards, Recommended Accounting Practice 7 (RAP 7), Code on Collective Investment Schemes (CIS) and SGX listing rules.

He also has experience in perpetual bonds, US-dollar bonds and medium-term notes issuances, financial due diligence for acquisition transactions and special audits for debt refinancing exercises.

Before joining PKF, Deng Hui was in Big 4 accounting firms in Singapore and Malaysia.
