From 3 to 5 September 2025, PKF Global hosted its inaugural Emerging Leaders Gathering in Phuket, Thailand, bringing together more than 100 professionals from across the network. The three-day event focused on leadership development, cross-border collaboration, and strengthening the PKF culture of inclusivity and innovation.

PKF-CAP was represented by our Managing Partner, Lee Eng Kian, who contributed his perspectives on fostering collaboration across the Asia Pacific region and on cultivating the next generation of leaders. As Vice Chair of PKF Asia Pacific, Eng Kian joined discussions on building a consistent global identity while embracing the diversity of member firms worldwide.

The Gathering featured:

• A keynote and masterclass by Declan Edwards, founder of BU Happiness College, on the link between happiness, resilience, and leadership performance.

• Panel sessions on cross-border collaboration and delivering value through global client engagements.

• Discussions on sustaining PKF’s culture and values across different geographies.

• A team-building “Amazing Race” activity, designed to strengthen bonds among participants.
