Our Resources
PKF in Singapore is registered with PKF International as having the capability and resources to perform transnational audits as regulated by the International Federation of Accountants (“IFAC”). Currently, we have approximately 200 staff including 11 partners covering a variety of service lines from audit and assurance to tax and financial advisory services. At PKF, we are sensitive and responsive to the needs and expectations of our clients.

Strategic Internal Audit Services
Provision of Internal Audits for a major contract manufacturer for complex high-tech capital equipment listed on the Singapore Exchange.
We were appointed for 5yrs to provide strategic internal audits to the client for their manufacturing operations in Singapore and Asia (e.g. China). We reviewed key business processes (e.g. Procurement to Payment, Production and Inventory Management, Post ERP Systems Implementation audit) and assessed the key risks and controls within the selected business processes. Critical risks that matters were analysed to reduce the probability that control failures lead to any unintended ‘Black Swan’ events.
Value for Client
As a result of our internal audits, the client was able to standardise their business processes and run their business operations more efficiently and effectively. The staff became more motivated as they were also trained ‘on-the-job’ when we performed our reviews. Staff became more aware of the risks certain practices may bring to business operations and was keenly involved in many of the improvement initiatives.
